One month return policy
You can return your rings within a one-month period provided that they have not been engraved or altered. You retain your right to return your order even if the ring size, colour or purity has been changed or the stone setting has been removed. Lifetime warranty
Our main aim is to carefully produce your rings so that they bring you a lifetime of joy. Nevertheless, should a defect occur, we will remedy it for you, free of charge. Our warranty covers all defects attributable to faulty workmanship. It does not include defects attributable to improper use or normal wear and tear. This service applies throughout the United Kingdom without any time limit. Please contact the address listed in our legal notice to avail the warranty. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by this warranty.
Save with direct sales
As a manufacturer, we sell our rings in large quantities directly to our customers without going through any retail stores. We pass this price advantage directly on to you. Your feedback on our products and services also reaches us directly and helps to ensure that we have a better understanding of what you want.

Your online purchase does not include any additional costs. Of course, we ship your order free of charge, and you can even return your rings for free within the return period.

Upon special request, express delivery is available for many of our models. With this service you will receive your wedding rings within just 5 to 7 days.
Free ring size adjustment service for engagement rings
Choosing the correct size can be tricky, if an engagement ring is meant to be a surprise. Don’t worry! If the ring you have ordered is not a perfect fit, we will adjust the ring size for you free of charge. Simply contact our friendly customer service to arrange for this service.

Your rings come in a free box. Alternatively, you can upgrade and choose a more exclusive box design on our product pages.
Neutral outer packaging
We post your rings in neutral outer packaging so as not to spoil any surprises you may have planned. With SVN GmbH as the sender, there is also no indication of the precious content contained in the package.
