Our production facility
We work with one of the oldest refineries in Germany to process our precious metals. Our own workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery including lathes and milling machines, ensuring maximum precision in production. As continuous further development in both the areas of technology and manual skills is extremely important to us, our employees are regularly trained on new process techniques. This ensures that both the comfort and the quality of an AURONIA ring perfectly complements your personality.
Our story
Since the company was founded in 2012, we have focussed without compromise on excellent quality when it comes to the material and craftsmanship for our rings. From the very beginning, future-orientated, state-of-the-art technology and traditional craftsmanship have gone hand in hand at our company. Since mid-2013, we have been providing AURONIA customers with a brand-new way to choose their rings online thanks to our innovative 3D configurator. Subsequently, creating personalised ring has now become one of our most important tasks and is something we excel at.
The satisfaction of our customers is what motivates us every day. That's why we've invested heavily in recent years in training our employees in process and quality improvements. New versions of the 3D configurator were launched in 2016 and 2019, always with the aim of making ring selection and purchase as easy as possible. I was short on time, I ordered a ring based on the size that fit me in other brand. Unfortunately that wasn't the right size but Auronia was flexible enough to send me ceramic based sample rings to find my perfect size, pay for the return of the oversized ring and send me back the resized ring. Top customer service!
The website configurator is easy to use and allows you to save multiple designs. Delivery was quick and the product was outstanding. Cannot wait until the wedding day to be able to wear it. Ring size was checked confirmed, and 2 weeks later bespoke rings to our sizes where on our doorstep. Exactly what we wanted and fit perfectly
